Lora Nicolaou

Lora leads DEGW's projects in urban planning, development briefing, planning policy and evaluation work.

Most recently, Lora has directed a number of tall building strategies for Rotterdam, Dublin and London, along with expansion plans for the City of Cambridge. She has extensive experience in urban briefing and master planning, with key studies including Utrecht Central Station, West Amsterdam Regeneration and Manchester Southern Gateway.

Lora held a senior lectureship post at Oxford Brookes University and taught at the Joint Centre for Urban Design. She continues to lecture extensively at conferences across the UK and Europe.
