Philip is the Managing Director responsible for DEGW’s operations in the UK and is a main Group Board member of DEGW plc.

With an architectural and design background, he regularly works with both International Corporate and local Public Sector organisations advising them on all aspects of how improved working environments can lead to enhanced business performance.

Prior to his current role, Philip spent the last 10 years driving the growth of DEGW’s business across Europe, establishing new offices in the Netherlands and Germany in particular, whilst servicing a number of DEGW’s pan-European key Client relationships.

His work with many Corporate Clients in countries such as the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Scandinavia has given him highly valuable experience on how to implement Global workplace strategies on a pan-European basis. He has also advised City Municipalities and Developers on City Strategies for mixed-use and industrial rehabilitation programmes.

Philip regularly undertakes public speaking engagements in the UK and Europe on a wide range of ‘Workplace and City’ issues and is an active member of both the ULI and CoreNet.
