Shirley Dugdale
Director, Learning Environments
Shirley is leading our learning environments work in North
America. An architect with 20 years experience, she specializes
in planning to support new ways of learning, and is an expert
in briefing for libraries and knowledge management centers.
Recent clients include Stanford, MIT, Johns Hopkins, University
of Colorado and the Centers for Disease Control & Prevention.
Her current research focuses on enhancement of learning communities
and the implications their interface of physical and virtual
activity may have for architectural design.
