DEGW has strong roots in North America. Founders Frank Duffy, Peter Eley, and John Worthington (the D, E, and W of DEGW) all studied and worked in the United States. Many of DEGW’s key clients from the beginning were large North American companies working in Europe, often technology firms such as Digital, IBM, Cisco, and Hewlett Packard. Andrew Laing established DEGW in North America out of the New York office in 1998 and set up a second office in San Francisco in 2006. Specialising in consulting services to multinational corporations, the government, and learning environments, the North American practice has grown significantly.
Our North American client experience is diverse and includes technology (Google and Microsoft), financial services (Capital One and Deutsche Bank), pharma (GSK, Lilly, Novartis, Pfizer) as well as government agencies such as the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) and a wide range of leading universities.
