Designed from the User's Point of View

NEINVER, one of the leading Spanish developers, commissioned DEGW in 2001 for the design of a brand new 20,000 sqm office building in one of the more striving business parks in northern Madrid.

The design was based in our understanding of the way different companies use the office space. Thus, the structural grid, the façades and the modulation of the building services were conceived as to support a large number of different work settings and space typologies - whether open or enclosed - with minimum losses.
