Steven Smith joins DEGW as Director of Urban Design

Steven Smith has joined DEGW to provide an urban design focus to reinforce and expand the existing Urban Strategy and Architectural services offered by DEGW.

Steven worked for twenty two years with Terry Farrell & Partners as Design Director then as Director, Urban and Infrastructure Projects. He has extensive experience of design and delivery of complex architectural, urban design and infrastructure projects both in the UK and internationally.

Steven is a registered architect and member of the RIBA. He has spoken at numerous international conferences on infrastructure and urban issues. He is the author of ‘Kowloon, Transport Supercity’ published in 1997.
