Grosvenor relocated to new premises in London to support changes in management structure, allow flexibility for future change and develop a showcase for its unique business culture.

One of the main challenges to DEGW as designers for the project was to ensure that the workplace expressed Grosvenor's heritage in the quality and style of the design while providing an environment that accommodates new business practices. Through a series of workshops and interviews, we determined their business requirements and developed a workplace that breaks down barriers between colleagues and aids communication.
