MLC is one of Australia's leading financial services companies.

A new ten year lease at MLC's North Sydney head office building gave the opportunity to dramatically transform the inside of the building to support its unique culture and new workstyles. DEGW (strategic briefing and space planning concepts), in conjunction with Bligh Voller Nield (interior design), and Lend Lease Projects (project management) worked with the people of MLC to develop a radical new workplace concept - Campus MLC.

The concept has been to encourage interaction by creating a vertical village through an inserted internal stair, with interactive zones on each floor. The themes include: the the zen den, cafe 6 and the forum.
