Driving change in Shell

The creation of the Leadership Development Centre helped affect change within Shell International. The centre, based in Holland, hosts training programmes for Shell's managers world-wide and is key to communication at high levels within the organisation. DEGW's involvement ran through all stages of the project from briefing to completion. The environments within the centre are of the highest quality and form a facility for learning that includes conference and presentation rooms of various dimensions. A newly built hotel was remodelled for the use of Shell delegates during the week with a level of quality and flexibility that allows it to open at the weekend for public functions.
